**Bring payment on Evaluation day or mail payment by February 26th. Parents may drop off their form and registration fee at the Church Office anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Uniform included in fee.

Soccer shorts are optional at a cost of $12.
